Prosthetic care in the field

Our Story

Innovation That Uplifts

O&P Cloud CAD is built on the proven foundation of Operation Namaste's Collaborative CAD — refined over seven years to support low-resource communities, and now available to every O&P practice worldwide.

Where It Began

Born from a Mission to Serve

Operation Namaste was founded with a singular goal: bring the same quality of prosthetic care available to elite athletes to amputees living in poverty.

With 52 million people in the developing world living with limb loss and fewer than 10% having access to prosthetic care, the need was clear. The team built a cloud-based Collaborative CAD platform that could empower practitioners in Nepal, conflict zones, and other under-resourced settings to design and fabricate quality prosthetics — affordably.

Seven years of real-world deployment, iteration, and clinical feedback produced something remarkable: a platform that is not just mission-driven, but genuinely world-class.

The Platform

From the Field to Your Practice

O&P Cloud CAD takes the battle-tested Collaborative CAD engine and brings it to commercial O&P practices — with the full feature set your team needs for transtibial, transfemoral, and AFO (Ankle-Foot Orthosis) workflows.

Our Partnership

A for-profit platform built on a humanitarian foundation.

O&P Cloud CAD is an independent company that partners with Operation Namaste to commercialize and continuously develop the Collaborative CAD platform. That partnership means you get a product shaped by seven years of real-world clinical use — not a prototype built in a lab.

By bringing this technology to commercial O&P practices, we help sustain the innovation that benefits the entire field — and the communities Operation Namaste serves around the world.

  • Cloud-based — design from anywhere
  • Transtibial, transfemoral & AFO workflows
  • Template-driven for clinical consistency
  • Fabrication-ready export every time
  • Built by prosthetists, for prosthetists
  • Seven years of real-world validation

What Drives Us

Our Values

Purpose-Driven Innovation

Every feature we build traces back to a real clinical need — first proven in the field with under-resourced practitioners, then refined for the broader O&P industry.

Built for the Real World

Seven years of deployment in low-resource communities and conflict zones means our platform is hardened against the unexpected — reliable wherever you practice.

Clinician-First Design

We don't build software and hand it to clinicians. We build with clinicians — prosthetists, orthotists, and technicians who use it every day.

Continuous Improvement

Seven years of iteration means the platform you use today is the most refined version yet — and we're still improving it based on real-world feedback.

Proud Partner of Operation Namaste

O&P Cloud CAD works in close partnership with Operation Namaste — the nonprofit organization whose Collaborative CAD platform is the foundation of our software. Together, we advance prosthetic care technology for practitioners and patients around the world.
