Where We Started
From the Field to the Platform
In 2015, Operation Namaste set out to solve a real problem: delivering high-quality prosthetic care in resource-limited environments. The answer was a digital workflow platform — built from scratch, tested in the field, and refined over years of real-world clinical use.
What started as a mission-driven tool for underserved communities became the foundation for something larger: a complete digital platform for Orthotics & Prosthetics. Every geometry engine, every AI capability, every workflow tool traces back to lessons learned from actual clinical practice.

2015
Operation Namaste founded. Digital workflow tools developed for field-based prosthetic care in Nepal and under-resourced communities.
2017
Platform refined through real-world deployments. Clinical workflows validated across diverse patient populations.
2019
Core platform capabilities — geometry engine, modifications, reduction, and socket design — developed and validated.
2021
Cloud infrastructure built. Platform expanded to support multi-user, multi-device, multi-organization access.
2023
Cloud CAD launched as a standalone commercial platform. Studio applications released for independent clinics.
2025
AI Factory launched. Enterprise Services introduced. Platform opens to organizations building proprietary technology.
